Common use of Database Rights Clause in Contracts

Database Rights. Under the Database Rights included in Licensed Conduent IPR, solely to extract data from the databases included therein and to use such data (and Improvements thereof prepared by or on behalf of Xerox) solely to design, develop, make and have made (subject to Section 4.02), sell and support Xerox Products in the Xerox Field. The license set forth in this Section 4.01(c) shall expire upon expiration of the term of each licensed Database Right unless terminated earlier by operation of Law.
