DATABASE INFORMATION. The Software enables you to access database information which is owned by certain other companies and entities (the "Database Information"), including but not limited to various other financial institutions and/or securities markets, such as stock exchanges, and their affiliates (collectively, "Information Suppliers"), which may be unaffiliated with Schwab. The Database Information is protected by copyright and other laws. The Database Information is provided solely for your use, and may not be copied (except in connection with your personal, noncommercial use of the Software), retransmitted, sold or distributed in any way by you. The Database Information is transmitted to you by certain entities hereafter referred to as the "Information Transmitters." You are responsible for complying with any license or other restrictions imposed by the Information Suppliers and/or Information Transmitters. Schwab does not guarantee or certify the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing of the Database Information made available through the Software or Information Transmitters.
