NovaMedica shall have the right to obtain data from the central database within a reasonable time frame to meet requirements for providing such data and information to any Regulatory Authority in the Territory as may be required by Law or as otherwise may be reasonably necessary to comply with requirements of a Regulatory Authority within the Territory.
