Data Updates. Unless Enterprise provides notice to the contrary on the Enterprise Website, Enterprise will publish Data updates available to Licensee through the Enterprise Website.

The Insurer shall have reasonable access to all updates to data, including benefit amounts, benefit forms, dates of birth, dates of death, gender, and lives missing from the original data provided by Towers Watsxx xxxt relate to the premium payable to the Insurer, in each case limited to data in connection with Priced Lives who are Covered Lives, Contingent Lives and Beneficiaries.

Data Updates. Xxxxxxx Mac shall replace the Daily Issue file daily. Other Mortgage Securities Data will continue to be available to Distributor and End User receiving Mortgage Securities Data directly from Xxxxxxx Mac until Xxxxxxx Mac replaces or updates the data file. A regular release of a new Mortgage Securities data file will replace the Mortgage Securities data file previously released. Licensee should access, correct and store data in a timely manner so that any future access reflects complete and accurate information. Xxxxxxx Mac has no obligation to provide any historical Mortgage Securities Data.
Data Updates. If you have purchased an update subscription for data Products and paid the applicable annual fees, we will deliver updates to those Products with the frequency and for the period specified on the Order Form. Data updates replace data Products you initially licensed from us and that made you eligible for the data update.

During the term of this APA, Qlik may provide Licensee with notice of updates to the Data (“Data Updates”) from time to time as such Updates may be made available to Qlik by third parties. By accessing or downloading any Data Updates, Licensee agrees that such Data Updates shall be subject to, and used solely in accordance with, this Section 12.

Any change in the Gas Price determination entered into by the Parties for this RCP Procedure 3 shall also be made to the determination of the Excess Gas price in the Agreement for Granting Right of First Refusal from MCV to CECo for the Purchase of Certain Excess Gas Owned by MCV (“ROFR”) dated February 12, 2004 between MCV and CECo. Data Updates. In addition to the initial Data, B&T will provide Amazxx.xxx xxxh periodic updates to the Data. Data updates will include (a) updates to the Data Elements delivered pursuant to Section 3.1, and (b) as soon as practicable, but not more than six (6) months following the date of this Agreement, initial data-sets and updates to the "Unavailable" Data Elements. B&T acknowledges the importance of timely and frequent delivery of Data updates to Amazxx.xxx. X&T will provide to Amazxx.xxx xxxates to the Data in a mutually agreeable, convenient format on a timely and best available basis, but no less frequently than what Amazxx.xxx xxxrently (i.e., as of the date of this Agreement) enjoys from B&T. Further, B&T will cooperate with Amazxx.xxx xx develop and implement an effective method for providing such updates to Amazxx.xxx xx a daily basis in an mutually agreeable format. The parties acknowledge that a method for furnishing daily updates to the Data has not been implemented as of the date of this Agreement, but each party will use commercially reasonable efforts to develop and implement such capability as soon as reasonably possible after the execution of this Agreement.
Data Updates. 6.1. During the Term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof, NADASC will provide to APPRO monthly updates to all or portions of NADASC by electronic media. APPRO will make such updates available to Licensee via electronic media. It shall be the responsibility of Licensee to ensure proper installation of such updates on the System in a timely manner.
