The transfer of personal data to a third country by the Contractor is carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR and/or on the basis of appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. Standard Contract Clauses issued by the Commission and concluded between the Contractor and the sub-processor in a third country).
