DATA SYSTEMS. The School agrees to and shall use the District’s designated student information systems. The School will maintain complete, timely and accurate data in the District’s designated student information systems as necessary for the District’s compliance with state and federal law, including without limitation any provisions for timely and accurate data reporting. Although subject to change, the District’s information systems will generally include student information systems as well as systems for the tracking of students with disabilities, gifted or advanced students, English Language Learners, students with literacy plans and students with behavior plans. The direct costs for the School’s use of the District’s designated student information systems are described more specifically in Attachment 10.
DATA SYSTEMS. A User’s access to view, edit, or share student information, records or data located on the CPS Network or Computer Resources must abide by local, state, and federal regulations, including FERPA and ISSRA. Student information, records and data may only be shared with individuals deemed eligible to have access as set out in FERPA, ISSRA and Board Policy and guidelines regarding the confidentiality of student records.
DATA SYSTEMS. Data systems used by Seller to perform the Services provided hereunder (and not owned or leased by Purchaser) are confidential and proprietary to Seller or third parties. Purchaser shall treat these data systems and all related procedures and documentation as Confidential Information and proprietary to Seller or its respective third party vendors, subject to the exceptions of Sections 4(a)(i) – (iii).
DATA SYSTEMS. Data systems used by MTS to perform the Services provided hereunder (and not owned or leased by CDES-M/A-COM) are confidential and proprietary to MTS or third parties. CDES-M/A-COM shall treat these data systems and all related procedures and documentation as Confidential Information and proprietary to MTS or its respective third party vendors, subject to the exceptions of Sections 4(a)(i) – (iii).
DATA SYSTEMS. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant shall be responsible for making arrangements for and shall pay the cost of the installation, repair and maintenance of its own telephone and data systems. At no time shall Tenant permit the use of electricity consumed in the Premises to exceed the capacity of feeders to the Building or the risers or wiring installation.
