Data Storage. Supplier agrees that all Non-Public Information will be stored, processed, and maintained solely on designated target servers. Additionally, Supplier agrees that no Non-Public Information at any time will be processed on or transferred to any portable or laptop computing device or any portable storage medium, unless that device or storage medium is in use as part of the Supplier’s designated backup and recovery processes and encrypted in accordance with Subsection C.9.f regarding data encryption. Supplier agrees not to store Non-Public Information outside of the United States without prior written consent from the University.
