Data Registration. Data registration is a multi-layered process: At the initial layer, data registration was performed through CFP’s assistance to JSOs responsible for registering pregnant women and children of 0-23 months. RSPN field teams also coordinated with LHWs to register target groups within their covered areas. At advanced layers, for accuracy purposes, RSPN monitoring officers verified the gathered data. For non-LHWs’ covered areas, RSPN field staff with support of CFPs, registered the target groups through a door-to-door strategy. The teams re-visited due and default children and registered pregnant women to ensure that no one is missed from the specified villages. RSPN monitoring officer also visited the field to verify the data through spot checking of the registration process. JSI HSS Component Immunization Specialist also provides cross checking the data verified by the monitoring officer for rectifying of any discrepancies. Simultaneously, RSPN representatives are informed regarding the removal of these discrepancies through re-visits of all union councils. This was completed by the end of June 2015. 258, 936 children (0-23 months) and 69, 891 women of reproductive age have been registered. The registered children and pregnant women data (Table – 1) is being shared with DHO and his vaccination team for the preparation of routine EPI micro-plans. The plan provides information related to: the name of the villages to be covered, targets on the number of children and women to be vaccinated, due and defaults to be covered, new births, name of vaccinator and CFP responsible to provide community support for vaccination, vaccinator’s schedule and suitable place of vaccination within the community. RSPN teams reports the number of uncovered villages on a daily and weekly basis to DHO, DSVs, TSVs and JSI HSS team so that proper measures are undertaken for vaccinators’ presence in the field as per micro plan. Data Registration. Data Provider may register one or more specified datasets to be listed in and managed under DUOS by submitting a Data Registration Form (“DRF”) through a live link on DUOS. Data Provider shall complete a DRF for each dataset that it seeks to make available through DUOS for matching with Requestor Investigators’ research requests submitted via DUOS. The DRF shall be submitted by an authorized representative of the Data Provider and include all access criteria and use restrictions applicable to such Data, all in a form and format suitable and compatible for inclusion and coding into DUOS. Broad shall include and code such description(s), access criteria and use restrictions into DUOS, enabling Library Card Holders to request access to such Data through DUOS. Data Provider may, at its option, authorize multiple investigators or representatives to submit DRFs for registration of Data on DUOS and shall notify Broad in writing of all such authorized representatives, as well and any changes thereto from time to time, which shall be maintained and coded in DUOS (“Authorized Submission Representatives”). For the avoidance of doubt, Data Provider (i) is not required to list or register all or any of its Data in DUOS, but may select which Data to register on a dataset by dataset basis; and (ii) may identify multiple Authorized Submission Representatives, but is required to identify in writing at least one (1) Authorized Submission Representative as of the Effective Date. Data Provider shall also be permitted, at its option, to grant access outside of the DUOS system to any Data included in DUOS, it being understood and agreed that Broad shall have no responsibility with respect thereto.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities. Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5.   • ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION In the event that the electronic registration system (hereinafter referred to as the “Teraview Electronic Registration System” or “TERS”) is operative in the applicable Land Titles Office in which the Property is registered, then at the option of the Vendor’s solicitor, the following provisions shall prevail, namely:

To the extent any of the Services are password protected, you agree to keep such password confidential and not to share it with any third party. You also agree that you wil not access any Services for which a password is required by using any third party’s password. If you discover any use of your password other than by you, you agree to immediately notify us. If you become aware of unauthorized account access, you similarly agree to immediately notify us. At the end of any use of a password protected Service, you agree to exit and logout out of your user session. Under no circumstances sha l we be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.

  • Voter Registration When designated by the Secretary of State, the Contractor agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.

  • Company Registration If the Company proposes to register (including, for this purpose, a registration effected by the Company for stockholders other than the Holders) any of its securities under the Securities Act in connection with the public offering of such securities solely for cash (other than in an Excluded Registration), the Company shall, at such time, promptly give each Holder notice of such registration. Upon the request of each Holder given within twenty (20) days after such notice is given by the Company, the Company shall, subject to the provisions of Subsection 2.3, cause to be registered all of the Registrable Securities that each such Holder has requested to be included in such registration. The Company shall have the right to terminate or withdraw any registration initiated by it under this Subsection 2.2 before the effective date of such registration, whether or not any Holder has elected to include Registrable Securities in such registration.   • Registration (a) No later than the Filing Date, the Company shall file with the Commission the Initial Registration Statement relating to the resale by the Holders of all (or such other number as the Commission will permit) of the Registrable Securities. If Form S-3 is not available for the registration of the resale of Registrable Securities hereunder, the Company shall (i) register the resale of the Registrable Securities on another appropriate form and (ii) undertake to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3 as soon as such form is available; provided that the Company shall maintain the effectiveness of the Registration Statement then in effect until such time as a Registration Statement on Form S-3 covering the Registrable Securities has been declared effective by the Commission. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company shall use its best efforts to cause a Registration Statement filed under this Agreement (including, without limitation, under Section 3(c)) to be declared effective under the Securities Act within forty-five (45) days after the filing thereof, but in any event no later than the applicable Effectiveness Date, and shall use its best efforts to keep such Registration Statement continuously effective under the Securities Act until all Registrable Securities covered by such Registration Statement (i) have been sold, thereunder or pursuant to Rule 144, or (ii) may be sold without volume or manner-of-sale restrictions pursuant to Rule 144 and without the requirement for the Company to be in compliance with the current public information requirement under Rule 144, as determined by the counsel to the Company pursuant to a written opinion letter to such effect, addressed and acceptable to the Transfer Agent and the affected Holder (the “Effectiveness Period”). The Company shall telephonically request effectiveness of a Registration Statement as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a Trading Day. The Company shall immediately notify the Holder via facsimile or by e-mail of the effectiveness of a Registration Statement on the same Trading Day that the Company telephonically confirms effectiveness with the Commission, which shall be the date requested for effectiveness of such Registration Statement. The Company shall, by 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time on the Trading Day after the effective date of such Registration Statement, file a final Prospectus with the Commission as required by Rule 424. Failure to so notify the Holders within one (1) Trading Day of such notification of effectiveness or failure to file a final Prospectus as foresaid shall be deemed an Event under Section 2(g).

  • Registration Data Upon placing an order for Pilot Voice, and at subsequent times as requested by Pilot, Customer agrees to provide Pilot with its (i) true, accurate, current, and complete business name, (ii) physical addresses where Voice Service will be used, (iii) 911 registered address for each applicable endpoint, (iv) a designated Account Administrator, and (v) user email addresses, phone numbers, and any other requested data which may be necessary to administer its Voice Service account (the “Account”) (collectively, “Registration Data”). Customer represents and warrants that the information it provides is accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to promptly update any of the information if it changes. If Customer provides Registration Data that is false, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, Pilot has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Voice Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Voice Services by Customer, its business(es), affiliates and all users of its Account. Upon provision of all Registration Data and acceptance of Customer’s Service Order, Pilot may provide Customer’s designated Account Administrator and other Pilot Voice users with, as applicable, administrator or user web portal logins and other Account information. Customer is solely liable for any transactions or activities by it or any third- party that occurs on its Account. Customer shall immediately notify Pilot of any unauthorized use of its Account or if any other breach of security has occurred. In no event shall Pilot be liable for any unauthorized, third-party use of your Account.
