Resident’s failure to follow the prescribed move-out procedures may result in the partial or full application of the Deposit to cover these charges, but in no event shall such application be construed as liquidated damages. If no Deposit exists, Resident will be charged for all damages, cleaning, repairs, re-keying, and replacement costs, which will be due within 30 days of such billing. In the event Resident moves out prior to the end of the Lease Term, Resident shall be responsible for either the Reletting Fee or the Assignment Fee, in addition to continuing liability for Rent through the end of the Lease Term until a suitable replacement resident is identified.
