Data Records. 4.1 If appropriate, please provide details of any database you anticipate using in the delivery of this Contract that will include personal information relating to an individual comprising more than the agreed number of individual customer records. Please identify the precise data to be held, in what format/medium and the locations where this data will be processed.

Data Records. 9.17.4.2.1 Subrecipient's failure to submit the required MIS data within the time and manner as designated by County may subject Subrecipient to appropriate remedies as determined by County at County's sole discretion. Remedies will remain in effect until Subrecipient becomes compliant. County will consider Subrecipient's non-compliance during future funding decisions.
Data Records. If you have entered this Agreement as a private individual you have the right to once a year and free of charge, request to take part of your records. A record consists of the data we have collected from you. By sending a signed request to the address stated above, you can take part of your personal, stored information. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, we will correct them.
Data Records. Owner agrees to make available to Manager all data, records, and documents pertaining to the Property which the Manager may require to properly perform its duties hereunder. Data Records. At Customer’s expense, Customer will maintain all source documents for verification of Transaction data to any payor and be responsible for record keeping, security backup of transactions information and loss of data, unless such services are included herein.

Data Records. ACS is responsible for collection of data and summary reports as mutually agreed to by ACS and IBM. ACS's quality data shall be kept for a minimum of three (3) years. IBM shall have the opportunity to review quality data upon request. IBM reserves the right to ask ACS what kinds of failure analysis and/or corrective actions are being taken to improve the Product and Spare Parts or processes and/or eliminate defects.
Data Records. 7.2.1. The Company can collect further Client information upon his/her registration on the website and through the Client’s provision of his/her scanned documents. The Company reserves the right to record all communications between both parties, including exchanging emails, phone conversations, and chat messages, strictly for professional purposes only. The Company can also permanently collect and store information and data of all attempted and successful financial transactions made by the Client. The Client understands that the affiliated PSPs and banks may also collect and keep the transaction records of the Client if he/she attempts or successfully transacts using the respective method.
