DATA PROTECTION ROLES. When processing personal data under the XXXX, Xxx0X will either act as Your processor or Your controller.   • Data Protection All personal data contained in the agreement shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the EU institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.
