Data Protection Laws. where Customer submit Personal Data for processing by Au10tix pursuant to this Agreement, each party warrants and undertakes to comply with its obligations under the applicable Data Protection Laws, and, without prejudice to the foregoing, neither party shall act or omit to act in a manner that will or is likely to result in the other party breaching its obligations under such Data Protection Laws.
