The subject matter and duration of the Processing As set out in the Agreement The nature and purpose of the Processing Supplier as Data Processor will process the Personal Data provided to it by the passengers through the use of the Customer on demand bus service mobile passenger app, and the drivers through the use of the on demand bus driver mobile app, and the operations team through the operations dashboard. In each case, the processing is necessary in order to execute the on-demand bus service and provide the appropriate user experience for each user. The Personal Data will not be shared with any third party other than as permitted by the Agreement however passenger volumes will be reported to the local authority.
