DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION. 17.1. Compensa processes personal data in accordance with the legislation. Compensa has the right to process the Policyholder’s, the insured party’s, the beneficiary’s and the injured party’s data to assess the risk and to prepare, conclude and fulfil the insurance contract.

DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION. This DPA applies when Informatica Processes Customer’s data for which Informatica will act as “processor” or “service provider” (or other analogous variations of such terms) under Data Protection Law.

Customer may be either of the following (a) a Controller of Customer Personal Data, or (b) a Processor when it Processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of its End-users. DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION. We may need to make design choices to technically administer the Upstash Services, for example, how to replicate, store, scale, cluster, compress, decompress or backup Your Customer Data. You hereby give us full permissions to make any such design choices and use of Your Customer Data and User-Generated Content. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions to enable, and grant us such rights and permissions. Further, You represent and warrant to us that: (a) You have all rights in Your Customer Data and User-Generated Content necessary to grant the rights contemplated by this Agreement; and (b) that none of Your Customer Data or User-Generated Content violates this Agreement, any applicable law or any third party’s intellectual property or other right.
DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION. (not applicable) Under the Agreement, CRET.HUE acts as what is known as a ‘Data processor’ and WWF-Viet Nam - acts as the Data Controller. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) sets out a number of minimum terms that have to be included in agreements between data processors and data controllers. This means that WWF-World Wide Fund For Nature need to ensure that all agreements which include the processing of personal data are compliant with these requirements. Non-compliance with the GDPR carries the possibility of large fines for both data controllers and data processors. The obligations of the data processor are set out in Attachment 5.
DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION. Limitations on Use. Sentropy will Process Personal Data only (a) in a manner consistent with documented instructions from Customer, which will include Processing (i) as authorized or permitted under the Master Agreement, (ii) as specified in Exhibit A of this DPA, (iii) consistent with other reasonable instructions of Customer, and (iv) as permitted under Data Protection law; and (b) as required by Data Protection Law, provided that Sentropy will inform Customer (unless prohibited by such Data Protection Law) of the applicable legal requirement before Processing pursuant to such Data Protection Law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Master Agreement, Sentropy shall not (1) retain or use Personal Data other than as provided for in the Master Agreement, as permitted under Data Protection Law or as needed to perform the Services, or (2) sell or otherwise disclose such Personal Data except as needed to render the Services. Sentropy is hereby instructed to Process Personal Data to the extent necessary to enable Sentropy to provide the Services in accordance with the Master Agreement. In case Sentropy cannot process Personal Data in accordance with Customer’s instructions due to a legal requirement under any European Union or Member State law to which Sentropy is subject, Sentropy shall (i) promptly notify Customer in writing (including by e-mail) of such legal requirement before carrying out the relevant Processing, to the extent permitted by the applicable law; and (ii) cease all Processing (other than merely storing and maintaining the security of the affected Personal Data) until such time as Customer provides Sentropy with new instructions. Confidentiality. Sentropy will require that persons authorized by Sentropy to Process any Personal Data are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Customer Obligations. Customer will not instruct Sentropy to perform any Processing of Personal Data that violates any Data Protection Law. Security. Sentropy will protect Personal Data in accordance with requirements under Data Protection Law. Sentropy will use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data that will meet or exceed the requirements specified in Appendix 2 to Exhibit A of this DPA. Return or Disposal. Sentropy will delete all Personal Data after the end of the provision of Services (unless Data Protection Law requires the storage of such Personal Data by Sentropy).

Provider will use, process and store the Dashlane Content and Dashlane Data in accordance with all applicable laws, this Agreement, and any instructions provided by Dashlane, and will use appropriate security measures in connection with such processing.
