Common use of Data Practices Clause in Contracts

Data Practices. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Contractor because of this contract is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal regulations on data privacy.

Data Practices. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Independent Contractor because of this contract is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal regulations on data privacy.

Data Practices. Data Practices. 6.6.1. All data collected, created, received, maintained, maintained or disseminated for any purposes by purpose in the activities course of Contractor because the Contractor's performance under this Agreement is subject to the provisions of this contract is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter Minn. All parties shall comply with applicable law regarding all data practices.
