Data Hosting. The Sub-Transfer Agent will load and host the data so that documents may be displayed via Internet access. Statements and tax forms will be housed in on-line primary storage for a period of two (2) years following the processing of the document.

The audit will be conducted by a qualified, independent external auditor and will result in the generation of an audit report, which will be confidential information of Sourcegraph. Upon Customer’s request, Sourcegraph will provide its most recent SOC 2 audit report once every 12 months of the term of the Agreement.
