Data Exchange. 8.1 Provision of Licensee water quality monitoring data The Licensee shall submit a quarterly water quality report to the Department in relation to its water sampling program, water quality management and incident management, in a format agreed between the Department and the Licensee. The Licensee shall also provide the Department with access to the full results of its water sampling program if and when required by the Department.
