Common use of Data Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Data Disclosure. Oragenics shall provide to Intrexon copies of the relevant portions of all material reports and data, including clinical and non-clinical data and reports, obtained or generated by or on behalf of Oragenics or its Affiliates to the extent that they relate to Reverted Products, within sixty (60) days of such termination unless otherwise agreed, and Intrexon shall have the right to use any such Information in developing and Commercializing Reverted Products and to license any Third Parties to do so.
