Data Development. The County agrees to be responsible for management and creation of roadway centerline data with address ranges and associated Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC)-compliant metadata (see Appendix A) as specified by the OGRIP Location Based Response System Data Specification, December 2004, revised to June 2005 (OGRIP LBRS Road Data Specification). This responsibility extends to supervision of all contractors, subcontractors, project management and oversight for the duration of this project. This could also include the conflation of existing spatial data where appropriate, and the inclusion of other relevant spatial data (best available), e.g., imagery, airport facilities, railroads, rivers and streams, cultural boundaries, etc. Center- lines will be developed in accordance with the specifications associated with the OGRIP LBRS Road Data Specification.
Data Development. The socioeconomic data developed for the Year 2040 Update will be prepared by MPO staff. Base year data (2013) will be developed by using information obtained from the 2010 Census, USA employment data, Chamber of Commerce Employment Statistics and Property Appraiser records where necessary. The scope of services for this plan update will test and evaluate one future land use scenario. This scenario represents the most realistic forecast of where people will live and work in the MPO Area in the Year 2040 based upon currently adopted comprehensive plans. The CONSULTANT will assist MPO staff in review of this data, perform necessary edit checks and make any corrections as may be required. Additionally, the CONSULTANT will deliver all ZDATA in TransCAD format (version 6.0 or later) and in ESRI ArcMap format (Version 10.1 or later) for the TAZ and boundary maps. The CONSULTANT will obtain data relating to travel demand for airports, intermodal facilities, recreation areas, significant commercial activity centers and freight distribution facilities. The intent is to accumulate sufficient data suitable for analyzing the adequacy of "access" to such facilities. MPO staff and the CONSULTANT will coordinate the development of this list with the MPO member agencies. The CONSULTANT will insure that all data is based upon the latest available estimates and assumptions for population, land use, travel, employment, congestion and economic activity.
Data Development. The contractor shall produce analysis data required to support technology development, technology integration, and technology demonstration for current LMAMS configuration (basic E0 munition) and future technology insertions for enhanced EO munitions, enhanced infrared munitions and ground support equipment and controls. The contractor shall prepare the necessary documentation as described in Section 3 of the PWS per applicable Task Order PWSs. Technical Data Package deliverables will be IAW MIL-STD-31000 Standard Practice Technical Data Packages, MIL-STD-961 Defense and Program-unique Specifications Format and Content, MIL-STD-962 Defense Standards Format and Content, MIL-STD-2073-1 Standard Practice for Military Packaging, and DOD-STD-2101 Classification of Characteristics, as applicable.
Data Development. Carrying out of a comprehensive program aimed at upgrading, improving and streamlining data collection mechanisms for: (1) household sample surveys; (2) integrated annual enterprise statistics; and (3) sub-annual surveys of economic activities, specifically through: (i) the improvement of multipurpose sample household surveys; (ii) the integration of the existing enterprise surveys; (iii) the revision of data collection periodicity; and (iv) the introduction of sampling methods into enterprise surveys, all with the aim for reorienting data content towards topical issues, reducing the lengths of questionnaires and improving their design, reducing sample sizes through increased use of sampling procedures, and consolidating requests for annual data into a single integrated annual survey and requests for sub-annual data into a single integrated survey, and fully implementing international standards in the major data categories pertaining to: (4) national accounts; (5) price statistics; (6) government finance statistics; (7) money and banking statistics; (8.1) foreign trade and (8.2) balance of payments; (9) demography, social statistics and poverty statistics; and (10) other relevant statistics, through enhancement of source data and improvement in compilation methodology, and the carrying out of selected pilots surveys to test the upgraded/newly introduced surveys.
