Data Collection and Review. An equity audit requires data collection from stakeholders across the VOM organization. Organizations collect data in many forms to provide them with a wide range of influences that contribute to better service for all residents of the VOM. Data collection can come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to the following: • Listening sessions with stakeholders/community leadership; • Organization observations; • Focus group interviews with community members; • Reviews of VOM policies, mission statement, vision statement, and ordinances; • Information provided on the organization’s website; • Organization climate surveys; • Attrition and retention reports; and • State reports based on the organization. Several community characteristics help tell the story of data. These include race, gender and gender identity, family income, national origin. Data indicators for community achievement include job opportunities; incarceration rates; restorative opportunities within the community with criminal justice system; and family and community engagement and leadership etc.

Data Collection and Review. AVCON will collect, review, compile, and summarize all existing data pertaining to the project. The Authority will provide AVCON will all available documentation, such as as-builts, survey data, record drawings, permits, and reports. The information will be reviewed, and design assumptions will be validated. Any potential deviations from the scope of work will immediately be brought to the Authority’s attention.

DOC will collect accurate, uniform data for every reported incident of sexual abuse (“Sexual Abuse Data”) using a standardized instrument and set of definitions. DOC will aggregate the incident-based sexual abuse data at least annually. The incident-based data collected will include, at a minimum, the data necessary to answer all questions, as required by federal PREA regulations. Data Collection and Review. CDM Xxxxx will obtain and review information from the Town pertaining to existing raw water supply and distribution system demands, growth projections and land use plans, studies and water quality analysis from the Pittsboro Water Treatment Plant (WTP), current WTP operations, reports and information relevant to the Town from the Jordan Lake Partnership (JLP) and Western Shore Intake Partners (WSIP) focus group, and other information relevant to the Town’s water supply and treatment system. Data Collection and Review. The COUNTY will conduct a through search and review of existing data sources of water quality and sediment analyses for the lakes, streams, groundwater and bays within the watershed including Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and FDEP Storage and Retrieval database (STORET), COUNTY Water Core Services databases, COUNTY Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS), SBEP, SWFWMD, COUNTY Water Atlas and other relevant agencies. The COUNTY will assess, and if necessary, develop background water quality data within the Xxxxxxx Bay watershed.
