Data Collection and Review. An equity audit requires data collection from stakeholders across the VOM organization. Organizations collect data in many forms to provide them with a wide range of influences that contribute to better service for all residents of the VOM. Data collection can come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to the following: • Listening sessions with stakeholders/community leadership; • Organization observations; • Focus group interviews with community members; • Reviews of VOM policies, mission statement, vision statement, and ordinances; • Information provided on the organization’s website; • Organization climate surveys; • Attrition and retention reports; and • State reports based on the organization. Several community characteristics help tell the story of data. These include race, gender and gender identity, family income, national origin. Data indicators for community achievement include job opportunities; incarceration rates; restorative opportunities within the community with criminal justice system; and family and community engagement and leadership etc.
Data Collection and Review. AVCON will collect, review, compile, and summarize all existing data pertaining to the project. The Authority will provide AVCON will all available documentation, such as as-builts, survey data, record drawings, permits, and reports. The information will be reviewed, and design assumptions will be validated. Any potential deviations from the scope of work will immediately be brought to the Authority’s attention.
Data Collection and Review. 36. Data collection. DOC will collect accurate, uniform data for every reported incident of sexual abuse (“Sexual Abuse Data”) using a standardized instrument and set of definitions. DOC will aggregate the incident-based sexual abuse data at least annually. The incident-based data collected will include, at a minimum, the data necessary to answer all questions, as required by federal PREA regulations. Data will be obtained from multiple sources, including reports, investigation files, and sexual abuse incident reviews. [DC-2]
Data Collection and Review. The consultant will compile the relevant information to understand the social, economic, and physical composition of the Town of Bay Harbor Islands and its historic experiences with flooding. The primary interests are critical infrastructure and facilities such as emergency response, and key ingress/egress corridors. This will include an understanding of the improvements to the stormwater conveyance systems within the Town are under way through the installation of new, larger outfall pipes. Information regarding the recent and proposed outfall improvements will be provided by the Town; specifically, the pipe sizes, elevations, locations and service areas will be required.
Data Collection and Review. Purpose: To facilitate community-wide understanding of the transit challenges and opportunities. To identity the vision for future Cheyenne Transit Program direction that has broad support throughout the community. Subtask 4.1 Assess Demographics and Performance Drawing on the information gathered from MPO or Transit staff, this subtask will document area demographics and trends that affect the community’s propensity to use transit services. The team will rely heavily on local staff to provide demographics, maps, and other information that is useful in developing an understanding of the area and factors impacting transportation. Additionally, we will analyze the performance of the existing fixed route and demand response services, including a description of: • Services presently operated; • Resources required (vehicles, service hours); • Ridership by route (for fixed and ADA services); • Reliability / on-time performance • Productivity by service type and route This task will familiarize the consulting team with the entire area and system and provide data for later tasks in the study. It will provide a clear description that can be used in focus group meetings (Task 2) and establish a baseline against which service alternatives can be compared.
Data Collection and Review. CDM Xxxxx will obtain and review information from the Town pertaining to existing raw water supply and distribution system demands, growth projections and land use plans, studies and water quality analysis from the Pittsboro Water Treatment Plant (WTP), current WTP operations, reports and information relevant to the Town from the Jordan Lake Partnership (JLP) and Western Shore Intake Partners (WSIP) focus group, and other information relevant to the Town’s water supply and treatment system. A preliminary data request list will be provided prior to notice to proceed to identify data needed to complete the study.
Data Collection and Review. This task will include a thorough search and review of existing data sources including EPA and FDEP STORET/IWR databases, Sarasota County, Manatee County, NRCS, Charlotte Harbor NEP, SWFWMD, and other relevant agencies. Deliverables: • Digital files of existing water quality data in a single Access database. • Digital GIS files of any relevant features (e.g., sampling locations) related to water quality for the watershed. • Digital and/or hardcopy files of previous reports or studies related to water quality in the watershed.
Data Collection and Review. The COUNTY will conduct a through search and review of existing data sources of water quality and sediment analyses for the lakes, streams, groundwater and bays within the watershed including Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and FDEP Storage and Retrieval database (STORET), COUNTY Water Core Services databases, COUNTY Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS), SBEP, SWFWMD, COUNTY Water Atlas and other relevant agencies. The COUNTY will assess, and if necessary, develop background water quality data within the Xxxxxxx Bay watershed.
Data Collection and Review. Several elements of information will be needed to complete the traffic analysis. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will work with you and the City to receive the following: · Inventory of existing street network and traffic signal operations. · Traffic signal timing sheets · Inventory of nearby transit, bicycle, and pedestrian facilities · Existing Caltrans mainline and ramp volumes · List of anticipated street improvements to be in place in the cumulative horizon year. · Future year cumulative travel forecast information from the CCTA east County forecast model. Because of the size of the proposed project, several intersections may be affected and will therefore be studied. It is assumed that the same intersections will be evaluated in this traffic study, with the addition of seven (7) intersections as noted:
Data Collection and Review. Consultant shall research, collect, and review relevant data applicable to the hydraulic analysis. Such data include, but are not limited to, the effective FEMA hydraulic model for Xxxxxx Creek, current topographic mapping, and as-built plans for the bridge carrying Old Portland Road over Xxxxxx Creek.
