Data Charges. You acknowledge and agree that you may also incur data charges or fees from a wireless or internet service provider (which may be Verizon or a third party) for accessing online services or purchasing products and services through interactive options available through the Service. You are solely responsible for all charges or fees payable to Verizon or third parties, including all applicable taxes, and you are solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card and other personal information provided to third parties in connection with such transactions.
Data Charges. 5.2.1 Data Charges are payable for all Devices and Unique User Ids which are capable of accessing Data on the first day of the month, except in circumstances where ‘actual use recording systems’ or contention systems are employed (see section 4.2 and 4.3 for further details) or where the Borsa Italiana Member Firm policy applies (see section 5.10). Devices added or deleted after the first working day are not counted or discounted for the purpose of billing in that month, i.e. they must be added to, or deducted from, the next month’s figures.
Data Charges. 5.1 All Customers are required to report Data Charges monthly in the format and with the content specified by Turquoise. Reports are to be submitted electronically via the Terminal Returns system (see the Reporting Schedule and the Direct Reporting Schedule for further information).
Data Charges. LICENSEE shall pay the applicable Data Charges shown in the Charges Schedule which are expressed as annual Data Charges and are payable quarterly in advance. All charges are subject to Value Added Tax at the prescribed rate, and any other tax, duty or levy imposed by legislation. Data Charges are payable by LICENSEE within thirty (30) days of the date of the Licensor’s invoice, and time of payment shall be of the essence . Any overdue amounts may, in Licensor’s reasonable discretion, accrue an interest equal to 1% (one percent) per calendar month or any part thereof. Furthermore, all judicial and extra judicial costs will be entirely for the account of the Licensee. Any outstanding amounts owed by the Licensee at the default date will become immediately payable, regardless of the method of payment. The Licensor may not amend the Data Charges for the first twelve (12) months following the Commencement Date. Thereafter, the Licensor may change the Data Charges on three (3) months written notice to LICENSEE. Where such increase in Data Charges constitutes an increase of 15% (fifteen per cent) or more for the period, LICENSEE may terminate the Agreement with written notice to the Licensor, such termination being effective the day such Data Charges increase was to be effective.
Data Charges. You are responsible for the charges of any wireless service provider while using Digital Banking.

Data Charges a. You acknowledge that applicable network/data charges may be incurred through your use of the Application and you agree that you are responsible for any and all such charges that may be charged to you and KUPSL shall have no liability to you whatsoever in respect of such charges. You also agree that the charges incurred through your use of the Application are dependent on your agreement with your service provider and that KUPSL has absolutely no liability to you in respect of such charges. You agree that use of the Application whilst outside your home circle might incur additional roaming charges and agree to be solely liable for such charges. KUPSL has no liability to you in respect of such charges.
Data Charges. You may incur data usage charges as long as you are logged on to the Network. Data charges will vary depending upon your Service Plan, the amount of data you use while accessing particular applica- tions and services, and other circumstances surrounding your data use. You will incur additional charges for exceed- ing the data usages included in your Service Plan. You will also incur additional charges to access data not included in your Service Plan. In addition, you will be charged for partial or interrupted data downloads, including data that is automatically resent. You acknowledge that data services provided by third parties may cost more than data service provided by Mobile ESPN. DATA TRANSPORT IS BILLED IN FULL KILOBYTE INCREMENTS, AND ACTU- AL TRANSPORT IS ROUNDED UP TO THE NEXT FULL KILOBYTE INCREMENT AT THE END OF EACH DATA SESSION FOR BILLING PURPOSES. NETWORK OVERHEAD, SOFTWARE UPDATE REQUESTS, AND RESEND REQUESTS CAUSED BY NETWORK ERRORS CAN INCREASE MEASURED KILOBYTES. UNUSED KILOBYTES EXPIRE AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE AND DO NOT CARRY OVER TO SUBSEQUENT BILLING CYCLES. Access time may be measured from the time the port is seized to the time the port is released by your equipment. Estimates of data usage may vary from actual use. Your invoice will not sepa- rately identify the number of kilobytes attributable to your use of specific sites, sessions or services used.

Data Charges. APS is not responsible for any charges including but not limited to roaming charges from your mobile service or internet service provider which may apply in conjunction with the Service provided under this Application.
