Data Center Access. Except with the advance written consent of RagingWire, Customer's access to the Data Center(s)shall be limited solely to the Representatives. Representatives shall have access only to the Customer Area and are prohibited from accessing other areas of the Data Center(s) unless accompanied by an authorized RagingWire representative. Customer and its Representatives shall cooperate with and comply with all security and safety measures promulgated by RagingWire from time to time in the Rules and Regulations, including, without limitation, the use of entry and exit logs and agreements, key cards, voice, photo, biometric, or other personal identification recognition devices, and other mechanisms and devices for registering, tracking and limiting access to the Customer Area and the Data Center(s). In the event of an emergency situation, as reasonably determined by RagingWire, involving or potentially involving the Customer Equipment or the RagingWire Supplied Equipment, RagingWire may admit individuals into the Customer Area pursuant to RagingWire's Emergency Admission Procedures.
Data Center Access. Except with the advance written consent of Subhosting and Customer, Customer’s access to the Data Center shall be limited solely to the Representatives. Subscriber and its Representatives shall cooperate with and comply with all reasonable and published security and safety measures provided to Customer by Subhosting from time to time, including the use of entry and exit logs and agreements, key cards, voice, photo, biometric or other personal identification recognition devices, and other mechanisms and devices for registering, tracking, and limiting access to the Data Center. The Representatives will comply with all Applicable Laws, with the standards and practices of the telecommunications industry and with all of Instinet’s reasonable and published security procedures, rules, requirements and safety practices provided in writing to Subscriber from time to time. Instinet reserves the right to revoke the entry privileges of any Representative at any time if the exercise of such right is reasonable, and Instinet shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Subscriber in advance of any such determination and to reasonably cooperate with Subscriber in an effort to remedy such situation and/or allow access by one or more replacement Representatives. Subhosting Master Services Agreement
Data Center Access. Smarsh will employ physical security procedures and controls to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to Smarsh data centers.
Data Center Access. In addition to the Access to Secure State Facilities and Confidential Information provisions in Schedule D – Section 1 [insert applicable section] above, the following provisions apply specifically to Licensor, its subcontractors, and employees who have access to the Data Center. For purposes of this Schedule D, "Data Center" means the State of Montana Data Center located in Helena, Montana and the Miles City Data Center, located in Miles City, Montana.
Data Center Access. The parties acknowledge that Sublandlord will be operating its business in the Data Center during the Early Occupancy Period. The Data Center shall be defined as that portion of the Premises outlined in EXHIBIT B attached hereto. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Sublease, Sublandlord shall have access to and the exclusive control over and possession of the Data Center through February 28, 1999. Sublandlord shall provide Subtenant, however, limited access to the Data Center beginning on the Early Occupancy Start Date for the sole purpose of installing its telephone and network cabling provided (i) such limited access shall be during business hours only and Subtenant shall at all times be accompanied by an authorized employee of Sublandlord, (ii) such limited access shall not interfere with Sublandlord's business operations in the Data Center and (iii) such limited access shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Sublease, excluding only the obligation to pay Rent. After February 28, 1999, Subtenant shall have the right to occupy the Data Center for the permitted uses described in this Sublease; provided, however, that after February 28, 1999, Sublandlord (i) shall continue to have, during the remainder of the Early Occupancy Period, the exclusive use of ten (10) racks in the Data Center and shall have reasonable access to the Data Center at all times during the remainder of the Early Occupancy Period.

Representatives will have 24 x 7, year round access to the Data Center(s). Representatives shall have access only to those areas authorized by RagingWire, and Representatives are prohibited from accessing other areas of the Data Center(s) unless accompanied by an authorized RagingWire representative. Client and its Representatives shall cooperate with and comply with all security and safety measures promulgated by RagingWire from time to time, including, without limitation, the use of entry and exit logs and agreements, key cards, voice, photo, biometric, or other personal identification recognition devices, and other mechanisms and devices for registering, tracking, and limiting access to the Data Center(s).
Data Center Access. MFN Data Center Access is restricted to Lessee's provision of dedicated private line transport services to Lessee's customers. Under no circumstances is Lessee permitted to sell IP transit services or dedicated dark fiber transactions that originate or terminate in an MFN Data Center, unless allowed by a separate agreement. MFN reserves the right to inspect Lessee's use of a MFN Data Center at any time, 24 hours per day, after reasonable notice to Lessee. Any violation of this section is deemed a material breach of the Agreement. Nothing herein shall restrict Lessee from providing any and all services to Lessee customers in separate space located outside or within the same building as the MFN Data Center. Collocation within a MFN Data Center is pursuant to separate collocation license agreement executed between the Parties.
Data Center Access. DocuSign will ensure that its commercial-grade data center service providers used in the provision of DocuSign Signature maintain an on-site security operation that is responsible for all physical data center security functions and formal physical access procedures in accordance with SOC1 and SOC 2, or equivalent, standards. DocuSign’s data centers are included in DocuSign’s ISO 27001 or equivalent certification.
Data Center Access. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SEI further agrees to provide to Customer and Customer agrees to purchase the services relating to access to SEI’s data center that are specified in Exhibit B attached hereto (“Data Access Services”). In consideration for the Data Access Services, Customer shall pay to SEI the fees specified in Exhibit B.
