Data Backups. In connection with the performance of Services, Computershare shall create backup records of Customer’s information, including but not limited to server files (“backup files”) at least daily. Computershare will not create backup files on Removable Media. Any Computershare storage or retention of backup files is subject to all terms of this Section (iv).
Data Backups. If Contractor is providing Hosted Services under this Agreement, Contractor shall: • ensure that any hosting facilities (including computers, network, data storage, backup, archive devices, and the data storage media), and disaster recovery facilities (if applicable) shall be located in the continental United States; • provide periodic full backup of all Court Data; • provide periodic incremental backup of all Court Data; • have the capability to recover data from the Court Data backup copy; • have the capability to export the Court’s raw data in human readable and machine readable format, and have the capability to promptly provide the Court Data to Court upon its request; • have the capability to import the Court Data (subject to Contractor’s confidentiality and data security obligations); • provide hourly snapshot backups of the Court Data (daily backups shall also be performed); • maintain recoverable, secure backups of the Court Data offsite in a fire-protected, secure area, geographically separate from the primary datacenter; and • maintain and implement data backup and disaster recovery processes and procedures in accordance with the highest industry standards and applicable laws.

Data Backups. OneNeck shall be responsible for file system and database backups as agreed upon with Client.
Data Backups. Customer shall protect itself adequately against data loss. Customer shall at a minimum maintain a copy of any data uploaded to the Platform and – to the extent technically possible – any results created during use of the Services on its own servers, perform routine backups of its data at adequate intervals, and employ virus protection according to the current state of the art, to ensure that the data can be restored with reasonable effort.
Data Backups. 9.7.1 Any backup of OCGBCC should be encrypted. Sensitive data as listed in 9.5 of this document shall be backed up using encryption algorithm standards found in 9.2.
Data Backups. The Services are intended solely to provide Customer with access to and use of the Platform and are not intended for use as a data backup or storage site. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that it maintains copies of any Customer Content and Application data. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, Supplier is under no obligation to provide Customer with access to any data or other materials stored on the Platform.

Data Backups. Texbase shall perform daily backups of the Data to disk. In addition, Data shall be sent daily over Secured Network to a secondary physical site.
