Common use of Data and Reports Clause in Contracts

Data and Reports. Institution shall submit all data, reports, queries, and other requested information in a timely manner. Institution shall maintain Study reports as required by the Protocol and Instructions. Institution agrees to provide Chiltern with the data called for in the Protocol via the appropriate electronic data capture system in accordance with the schedule communicated by Chiltern and in compliance with the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
