Not all video sources are identifiable and available to benefit from the Data Extender. The feature is turned off by default. Data Allowance Policy. If your usage exceeds the limits set forth in the Data Allowance Policy, ViaSat may reduce the bandwidth available to you on a temporary basis. Continued violation of the Data Allowance Policy is a breach of this Agreement by you and will result in the termination of this Agreement. Exede Internet access is not guaranteed. The terms of this policy apply to all service plans, including exede12-10, exede12-15 and exede12-25 and any other service plan that Service Provider offers from time to time.
