Common use of Data Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Data Accuracy. Client represents and warrants that: (i) to the best of its knowledge, after conducting all lawfully required due diligence, all Information obtained from Client is true and complete in all material respects; and (ii) it shall not submit fictitious Data or test Data to FIS in a production environment. Upon Client’s reasonable written request, FIS shall provide Client with test cases to use in the Service staging environment. 3.
