Danish Stock Option Act. By participating in the Plan, the Employee acknowledges that he or she received an Employer Statement translated into Danish, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act. To the extent more favorable to the Employee, the terms set forth in the Employer Statement will apply to the Employee’s participation in the Plan. Notifications
Danish Stock Option Act. By accepting this Award, the Participant acknowledges that he or she has received a Danish translation of an Employer Statement, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act.

In accepting the Units, you acknowledge that you have received an Employer Statement translated into Danish, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act. To the extent more favorable to you and required to comply with the Stock Option Act, the terms set forth in the Employer Statement will apply to your participation in the Plan. NOTIFICATIONS
Danish Stock Option Act. You acknowledge that you have received the Employer Statement in Danish which sets forth additional information about the Restricted Stock Units to the extent that the Danish Stock Option Act applies. Notifications
Danish Stock Option Act. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the treatment of the Option upon the Optionee’s termination of employment with the Company or an Eligible Subsidiary, as applicable, shall be governed by the Danish Stock Option Act, as in effect at the time of the Optionee’s termination (as determined by the Committee in its discretion in consultation with leagal counsel). By accepting the Option, the Optionee acknowledges that he or she has received a Danish translation of an Employer Statement, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act.
Danish Stock Option Act. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the treatment of the RSUs upon the Participant’s termination of employment with the Company or an Eligible Subsidiary, as applicable, shall be governed by the Danish Stock Option Act, as in effect at the time of the Participant’s termination (as determined by the Committee in its discretion in consultation with legal counsel). By accepting the RSUs, the Participant acknowledges that he or she has received a Danish translation of an Employer Statement, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act.
Danish Stock Option Act. By accepting the Share Options, the Optionee acknowledges that he or she has received an Employer Statement translated into Danish, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act, as amended effective January 1, 2019, and is attached hereto as Addendum A.
Danish Stock Option Act. By accepting the RSUs, the Participant acknowledges having received an Employer Statement in Danish that sets forth information regarding the terms of the RSUs, which is being provided to comply with the Danish Stock Option Act as amended January 1, 2019.
Danish Stock Option Act. Participant acknowledges that they have received an Employer Statement in Danish which sets forth additional terms of the Performance Restricted Stock Units, to the extent that the Danish Stock Option Act applies to the Performance Restricted Stock Units.
