Common use of Dangerous Conditions Clause in Contracts

Dangerous Conditions. Where an employee believes that a dangerous condition exists in their workplace, the employee shall report such condition to their supervisor. If plans are not made to remedy the condition, the supervisor shall report the condition to the Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO). The EHSO shall conduct an inspection, in which the Union Co-Chair of the Joint Committee shall participate, for the purposes of examining the condition and resolving the employee=s concern.
