Dangerous Circumstances. (a) The Company agrees that all members of the Committee shall have the right to investigate dangerous circumstances at the workplace at any time. Dangerous circumstances include any procedure, part of a workplace, or place external to the workplace which has been or potentially could be affected by the workplace, a substance transported from the workplace, or a substance released from the workplace or any equipment, machine, device, article or thing which may harm a person or the environment.
