Damages and Costs. Resident agrees to pay for any damages to the building, including fire damage, and for damaged or missing furniture, lost University property, or service costs caused by resident to University housing because of resident actions, neglect or intent. Resident will be billed for damage to the furnishings, buildings, or other University property or equipment. Such charges must be paid within 15 days after billing.
