Damaged Clothing. (a) Where an Employee in the course of their employment suffers any damage to or soiling of clothing or other personal effects (excluding female hosiery), the Employer shall be liable for the replacement, repair or cleaning of such clothing or personal effects, provided that immediate notification is given of such damage or soiling. This clause shall not apply in the case where the damage or soiling is occasioned by the negligence of the Employee.
Damaged Clothing. 22.7.1 Requests for replacement of damaged clothing due to exposure to corrosive materials or similar substances, will be dealt with by the College on an individual basis.
Damaged Clothing. Any clothing that is damaged by our staff, we will be responsible for. If you have items that cannot be machined washed/dried, please do not put them in the hampers. The FSCH shall not be responsible for such items.
Damaged Clothing. The Employer will also provide clothing and footwear on a replacement basis for those items which become damaged or soiled beyond repair as a direct result of an extraordinary dirty job or project subject to the approval of the Director of Facilities Management. The damaged item will be given to the employee’s direct manager.

The Employer agrees to pay the cost of repairing eyeglasses, watches, or articles of clothing damaged in the line of duty when such damage results from an employee performing direct patient care. If the above articles are damaged beyond repair, the Employer agrees to pay the actual value of such articles as determined by the Employer. The reimbursement for damaged watches will not exceed $75 per watch.

The Employer agrees to reimburse an employee for up to fifty dollars ($50.00) per item of clothing or watch which is destroyed or damaged during the performance of their duties. employee must bring damaged item to Supervisor as soon as possible and get prior approval for any repairs and/or replacements.

Safety/Parking When necessary, employees who work late shifts will be allowed sufficient time to move their vehicle closer to their work area.

Damaged Clothing. 9/11/1 The Employer agrees to pay the cost of repairing or replacing watches, eyeglasses or articles of clothing damaged in the line of duty, where such damage is not the result of normal wear and tear or employee carelessness. The reimbursement for damaged items shall not exceed one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) for any one incident, except that the reimbursement for a damaged watch shall not exceed seventy five dollars ($75.00). The value of such items shall be determined by the Employer at the time the damage occurs. This provision shall not apply to items where the replacement value or repair cost is five dollars ($5.00) or less.
