Common use of DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF PREMISES Clause in Contracts

DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF PREMISES. If, in our opinion, your Bedroom should become unavailable or unlivable during the Lease Term because of damage or destruction by fire or other casualty, we shall have the right to terminate this Lease, or move you to similar accommodations within the Community and repair and restore your Bedroom. In the event of such damage or destruction to your Bedroom your obligations to pay Rent will be waived only if we terminate this Lease, or do not furnish you with a bedroom within the Community or reasonably similar accommodation.

If, in our opinion, your Bedroom Bedroom/Unit should become unavailable or unlivable during the Lease Term because of damage or destruction by fire or other casualty, we shall have the right to terminate this Lease, or move you to similar accommodations within the Community and repair and restore your Bedroom/Unit. In the event of such damage or destruction to your Bedroom Bedroom/Unit your obligations to pay Rent will be waived only if we terminate this Lease, or do not furnish you with a bedroom within the Community or reasonably similar accommodation.

If, in our opinion, your Bedroom Bed Space should become unavailable or unlivable during the Lease Term because of damage or destruction by fire or other casualty, we shall have the right to terminate this Lease, or move you to similar accommodations within the Community and repair and restore your BedroomBed Space. In the event of such damage or destruction to your Bedroom Bed Space your obligations to pay Rent will be waived only if we terminate this Lease, or do not furnish you with a bedroom Bed Space within the Community or reasonably similar accommodation, and only if you are not responsible for the damage.

If, in our opinion, your Bedroom Bed in the Suite should become unavailable or unlivable during the Lease Term because of damage or destruction by fire or other casualty, we shall have the right to terminate this Lease, or move you to similar accommodations within the Community and repair and restore your BedroomBed. In the event of such damage or destruction to your Bedroom Bed your obligations to pay Rent will be waived only if we terminate this Lease, or do not furnish you with a bedroom Bed within the Community or reasonably similar accommodation, and only if you are not responsible for the damage.

If, in our opinion, your Bedroom or the Apartment should become unavailable or unlivable during the Lease Term because of damage or destruction by fire or other casualty, we shall have the right to terminate this Lease, or move you to similar accommodations within the Community and repair and restore your Bedroom. In the event of such damage or destruction to your Bedroom your obligations to pay Rent will be waived only if we terminate this Lease, or do not furnish you with a bedroom within the Community or reasonably similar accommodation.
