Daily Records. Upon reasonable prior notice by the Trustee, the Servicer shall make available at an office of the Servicer (or other location designated by the Servicer if such records are not accessible by the Servicer at an office of the Servicer) selected by the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee or its agent (reasonably acceptable to the Servicer) on a Business Day during the Servicer's normal business hours a record setting forth (i) the Collections on each Receivable and (ii) the amount of Receivables for the Business Day preceding the date of the inspection. The Servicer shall, at all times, maintain its computer files with respect to the Receivables in such a manner so that the Receivables may be specifically identified and, upon reasonable prior request of the Trustee, shall make available to the Trustee, at an office of the Servicer (or other location designated by the Servicer if such computer files are not located at an office of the Servicer) selected by the Servicer, on any Business Day of the Servicer during the Servicer's normal business hours any computer programs necessary to make such identification.
