Common use of Daily Records Clause in Contracts

Daily Records. For as long as deposits of Collections are required to be made daily by the Servicer pursuant to subsection 4.03(a), on each Business Day, the Servicer shall make or cause to be made available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee or any Transferor upon request a record setting forth (i) the Collections in respect of Principal Receivables and in respect of Finance Charge Receivables processed by the Servicer on the second preceding Business Day in respect of each Account and (ii) the amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the second preceding Business Day in each Account. The Servicer shall, at all times, maintain its computer files with respect to the Accounts in such a manner so that the Accounts may be specifically identified and shall make available to the Trustee and the Transferors at the office of the Servicer on any Business Day any computer programs necessary to make such identification. The Trustee and the Transferors shall enter into such confidentiality agreements as the Servicer shall deem necessary to protect its interests.
