Daily Rates. The daily rate for housing prisoners shall be adjusted by the County based on the projected costs for the next contract year. The adjusted daily rate anticipated for the next year shall be provided to the Contract Agency for review and comment no later than August of each year. The Contract Agency’s written response will be considered and the final daily rate will be provided to the Contract Agency by September 30.
Daily Rates. Daily rates are determined by dividing the weekly rate by five (5). DHS will not pay drop-in rates as the daily rate.
