Daily Premium Pay. All non-exempt employees shall receive premium pay of time and one-half (1 1/2) their regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day. However, any shift that begins prior to 12 midnight, but ends after 12 midnight, shall be treated as one day for the purpose of computing pay rates. The time and one-half (1 1/2) premium after eight (8) hours shall not be applicable to employees regularly scheduled for ten hour days.

Daily Premium Pay. All employees shall receive premium pay of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day except for classifications where EMPLOYER has permitted the employees to work four (4) ten (10) hour days, which employees shall receive premium pay of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • Holiday Premium If an employee works one of the following holidays, they will receive time and one half for all hours worked on that holiday: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Longevity Premium From the start of the sixty-first (61st) full month to and including the one hundred twentieth (120th) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall be paid a longevity premium of two percent (2%).
