Daily Premium Pay. All non-exempt employees shall receive premium pay of time and one-half (1 1/2) their regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day. However, any shift that begins prior to 12 midnight, but ends after 12 midnight, shall be treated as one day for the purpose of computing pay rates. The time and one-half (1 1/2) premium after eight (8) hours shall not be applicable to employees regularly scheduled for ten hour days.
Daily Premium Pay. A workday shall be defined as a twenty- four hour period commencing from the start of an employee's regularly scheduled shift. This definition shall not apply for purposes of overtime premiums where:
