Daily Job Reports. 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:

Daily Job Reports. Daily Project reports prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, which shall include the information required herein.
Daily Job Reports. Contractor shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. Each day Contractor shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the Construction Manager. These must be prepared by the Contractor's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:
Daily Job Reports. Contractor shall maintain at least one (1) set of reports on the Project prepared by Contractor’s employee(s) present on site, and which includes (but is not limited to) the following information: a brief description of all Work performed on that day; a summary of all pertinent events and/or occurrences on that day including records of all tests and inspections; a list of all subcontractor(s) working on that day; a list of each Contractor employee working on that day; the total hours worked for each employee; a complete list of all equipment on the Project that day, whether in use or not; the time Work commenced and ended; weather conditions; accidents or injuries; and Work progress made for that day (“Daily Job Reports”). Contractor shall keep the Daily Job Reports current and in good order and shall make current copies available to District upon request. In addition, the Contractor shall submit a digital copy of the report to the District within 48 hours of the day reported. Each report shall have at least two digital photographs imbedded in the report showing job site conditions.

On or before 8:00 A.M. each day, Contractor shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the District or the District’s Construction Manager.
Daily Job Reports. The term “Daily Job Report(s)” means the Project reports prepared by Contractor’s employee(s) who are present on Site consistent with the requirements of the Contract Documents.

Daily Job Reports. Contractor shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project, in hard copy format. These must be prepared by the Contractor's employee(s) who are present on Project site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information. If no work is performed on a particular day or days, the Contractor shall instead provide to the Judicial Council within seven (7) days of request, a certification to that effect indicating what day(s) on which no work was performed. A brief description of all Work performed on that day. A summary of all other pertinent events and/or occurrences on that day. The weather conditions on that day. A list of all Subcontractor(s) working on that day. A list of all employees, consultants and Subcontractors working on that day. A list of each Contractor employee working on that day and the total hours worked for each employee. A complete list of all equipment on Project site that day, whether in use or not. A complete list of all materials, supplies, and equipment delivered on that day. A complete list of all inspections and tests performed on that day. Each day Contractor shall provide a copy of the previous day’s Daily Job Report to the Judicial Council or the Judicial Council’s Construction Manager.
Daily Job Reports. Daily Job Reports showing Subcontractor’s labor costs, equipment costs and materials costs incurred for all changed work shall be submitted to Contractor each day and shall be signed by Contractor’s designated job site representative. Failure to submit daily job reports waives any reimbursement by the Subcontractor. The Subcontractor shall substantiate the Daily Job Report by submitting monthly recap reports that include (i) individual daily job timekeeping records, (ii) records that verify that each labor cost, equipment cost and materials cost was incurred and utilized in the changed work and (iii) receipts and invoices for rental equipment and materials costs. Failure to provide Daily Job Reports or Monthly recap reports waives any right Subcontractor has to compensation for changed work not reported daily or monthly. Subcontractor shall perform any such extra work, change or omission only upon written authorization from Contractor and upon receiving such written authorization Subcontractor shall proceed with such work and/or change in accordance with Contractor’s instructions to Subcontractor whether or not the price adjustment has yet been determined and agreed upon. No officer, employee or agent of Contractor is authorized to direct any extra or changed work by oral order.
Daily Job Reports. Upon County’s issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the construction portion of the Work and continuing until County acceptance of Work by County execution of a Certificate of Substantial Completion pursuant to Article 15, Developer shall maintain daily job reports recording all significant activity on the job, including the number of workers and specific equipment on Site, work activities, work accomplished, problems encountered and delays. Developer shall deliver to County copies for each day Developer works on the Project the same day or the following morning before starting work at the Site.
