Daily Inspections. The Detention Officers shall conduct daily inspections of all security aspects of the site. They shall check all bars, locks, windows, walls, floors, ventilation covers, glass panels, access plates, protective screens, doors, lights, and equipment for operational wear and detainee tampering. The Detention Officers shall also report slippery floor surfaces. This documentation shall be made daily in a logbook. Problems discovered during these inspections shall be clearly identified in the documentation. The Service Provider shall also notify the COTR of any abnormalities or problems. The Service Provider shall immediately notify the COTR or alternate COTR on duty of any physical facility damage. Written documentation of any problem areas shall be submitted to the COTR by the end of the shift.

Included in the determination of the ROW’s relative content of excess rocks, concrete, and construction debris is the ROW's condition subsequent to tillage and the concentration of such materials within the ROW as compared to off the ROW. All excess rocks, concrete, and construction debris shall be removed from the ROW and disposed of by the Company. All affected Landowners shall be periodically apprised of the duration of Restoration (and, if necessary, Remediation) by the Company. Quarterly Inspections – (Monitoring Phase) Agricultural Inspectors shall conduct quarterly inspections for two years immediately following the implementation of Restoration measures or until Final Restoration is achieved, whichever is longer. The Company shall maintain an Agricultural Inspector on at least a part-time basis through this period. During this phase, the Agricultural Inspectors shall identify any remaining impacts associated with the Electric Line project that need to be addressed and appropriate Remediation measures shall be implemented by the Company to return the ROW to pre-construction conditions and achieve Final Restoration.   • Safety Inspection During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department. The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Property Inspections The Servicer shall conduct property inspections in accordance with the milestones of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property and prepare Property Inspection Reports on any Mortgaged Property involving property damage over $15,000.   • Audits/Inspections Contractor agrees to permit the County’s Auditor-Controller or the Auditor- Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the County) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of Contractor for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this Contract. The inspection and/or audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Contract including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract. The County will provide reasonable notice of such an audit or inspection. The County reserves the right to audit and verify the Contractor’s records before final payment is made. Contractor agrees to maintain such records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment, unless a longer period of records retention is stipulated under this Contract or by law. Contractor agrees to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, Contractor agrees to include a similar right to the County to audit records and interview staff of any subcontractor related to performance of this Contract. Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the County’s project manager.

  • Goods Inspection The Commissioner of DAS, in consultation with the Client Agency, shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Goods and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the specifications in the Contract. If any Goods fail in any way to meet the specifications in the Contract, the Client Agency or the Commissioner of DAS may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the Goods meet the specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.

  • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the CITY for examination all of CONTRACTOR’S records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement.   • Records Inspection Payor shall keep, and shall require its Permitted Sellers to keep, complete, true and accurate books of accounts and records for the purpose of determining the basis and accuracy of payments to be made under this Agreement. Such records shall be kept in accordance with GAAP, showing Net Sales on country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, and Payor’s or its Permitted Sellers’ usual internal practices and procedures (which shall be commercially reasonable), consistently applied.
