Daily Dispatch. Daily Dispatch is any and all work to be dispatched outside of the version process, including annuals, boat moves and or sea trials, per Appendix A, Rule 5.07, Section C, for the remainder of the current work cycle by order of seniority.

Daily Dispatch. Dispatchers will place a call to Relief deck employees for daily dispatch. Before offering any job assignment the dispatchers’ first statement to an employee will be, “are you available for work today?” If the employee says “no” due to illness they must immediately inform the dispatcher they are ill. The dispatcher will enter this information as a sick day for this employee in the dispatch log. Should the Relief deck employee not pick up the call placed by the dispatcher, a message will be left for the employee. Relief deck employees are required to return calls placed by dispatch within fifteen (15) minutes or thirty (30) minutes when working aboard a vessel barring an operational necessity. When the employee is working a graveyard shift, dispatch must wait eight (8) hours after the end of the shift to call the employee with an offer of work. A refusal will be given on days when an employee is required to be available for work, work is offered and employee does not return a phone call. Bypass pay shall not apply when an employee has a refusal for any days of which an attempt to offer work as defined in Appendix A 5.08 A had been made. This process shall apply to free days however no refusal will be recorded on a Free Day.

If an on-call employee accepts an OS job, but subsequently becomes eligible (by seniority) for an available AB job, WSF will call the employee back and offer the employee the AB job if the start times for both the OS and AB jobs are more than four (4) hours away. Prior to the work cycle for on-calls, dispatch will email to the employees WSF email address all open relief assignments (Version One [1]), for both AB and OS/OSE jobs to the on-call employees. To facilitate the filling of jobs, dispatch must leave a message detailing the classifications of jobs and the days or work they are calling for if the employee does not answer.
Daily Dispatch. Logs – This shall include the driver name, passenger name, destination, 4 vehicle type, schedule time of pick-up, actual time of pick-up, scheduled time of drop-off, and actual 5 time of drop-off;

Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information.   • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.
