Daily. All time worked after forty-eight (48) hours per week or after ten (10) hours per day, or before seven o’clock in the forenoon (7:00 a.m.) and six o’clock in the afternoon (6:00 p.m.) shall be deemed overtime work or shift work and shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) the regular shift rate, save and except shift work.

Daily. All work performed in excess of eight (8) hours in any work day.
Daily i. Crisis Residential;
Daily. Clean and sanitize all Restrooms (including shop at Xxxxxx Yard)
Daily. The Plan is valued at the end of each business day during which the New York Stock Exchange is open.
Daily. A. Clean and refill soap, towel, toilet tissue and toilet seat cover dispensers. Sufficient extra supplies shall be provided (left on facility grounds) to last until next servicing.
Daily. 10 Hours of Service for each day worked. 🞎 (6) Semi-monthly. 95 Hours of Service for each semi-monthly period worked. 🞎 🞎 (e) Nonvested Participant Break in Service rule applies. Service earned prior to a Nonvested Participant Break in Service (as defined in Section 2.07(b) of the Plan) will be disregarded in applying the eligibility rules. 🞎 The Nonvested Participant Break in Service rule applies to all Employees, including Employees who have not terminated employment. 🞎 🞎 (f) One-Year Break in Service rule applies. The One-Year Break in Service rule (as defined in Section 2.07(d) of the Plan) applies to temporarily disregard an Employee’s service earned prior to a one-year Break in Service. 🞎 The One-Year Break in Service rule applies to all Employees, including Employees who have not terminated employment.
Daily. A Reserve may elect to work on a Golden Day(s) and the Reserve shall make such choice known to Daily Crew Schedule. If contacted for sequence assignment, she/he must accept such sequence assignment, provided she/he is legal to operate the sequence. Such Reserve may opt to reconsider and protect her/his day(s) off, as long as she/he advises Daily Crew Schedule prior to being contacted for a Daily sequence assignment.
Daily. A Reserve may elect to work on a Flex Day. The Reserve shall make such choice known to Daily Crew Schedule. If contacted for sequence assignment, she/he must accept such sequence assignment, provided she/he is legal to operate the sequence. Such Reserve may opt to reconsider and protect her/his days off, as long as she/he advises Daily Crew Schedule prior to being contacted for a Daily sequence assignment.
