Cycle Time. The term “cycle time” refers to the recording of hours to account for scheduled deviation in the length of watches due to a vessel’s operational schedule. Vessel schedules do not always permit a twenty- four (24) hour day to be divided evenly into twelve (12) hour watches thereby causing employees to alternate between an equal number of short and long watches. Cycling occurs when a permanent employee working long and short watches over an eight (8) week, three hundred twenty (320) hour cycle period. The scheduled long watches of twelve and one half (12 ½) hours or less are offset by the short watches to equal three hundred and twenty (320) hours over the eight (8) week cycle period. Cycle time does not include any overtime otherwise recorded on a weekly timesheet.
Cycle Time. Anam agrees to supply TI Products to TI in cycle times which shall be competitive with merchant world-class foundry companies. In any event, Anam agrees that the maximum production cycle time (i.e., the period from the start date for production specified in the TI Start Plan (as defined below) by TI to Anam's shipment of TI Products) shall be [*] except where otherwise expressly provided for herein.
Cycle Time. Seller is committed to the Goal of continuous improvement on all current cycle for commodities covered under this agreement.
Cycle Time. Time of one complete control cycle. Times shall be *** minutes. The cycle time shall be used in conjunction with the timeout to specify the cycle rate of a programmable load control thermostat. For example, if a cycle time of *** minutes and a timeout of *** minutes is specified, the programmable load control thermostat will be off for *** minutes and then on for *** minutes to complete the *** minute cycle. The cycle rate is *** minutes off out of *** minutes or *** percent.
Cycle Time. SMIC shall use best efforts to achieve an actual cycle time for processing a Wafer of equal or less than [***] times the physical cycle time for processing such Wafer (i.e. flow factor [***]). During the ramp up phase of a new Contract Process, typical longer actual cycle times resulting from use of multiple one of a kind tools shall not result in a breach of this provision.
Cycle Time. Merchandise received at Radial’s designated fulfillment center will be processed as follows: • Non-Peak Months: 99.5% of the units of merchandise will be processed (received to warehouse locations including perpetual inventory, damaged/return to vendor, etc.) by the end of the second Business Day following the Business Day that such merchandise is initially scanned into Radial’s warehouse management system. • Peak Months: 99.5% of the units of merchandise will be processed (received to warehouse locations including perpetual inventory, damaged/return to vendor, etc.) by the end of the third Business Day following the Business Day that such merchandise is initially scanned into Radial’s warehouse management system. Note: For purposes of these KPIs, merchandise that is scanned at Radial’s designated fulfillment center after 2.00pm (local time) on a Business Day or any time on a non-Business Day will be treated as if they were scanned the following Business Day. This receiving KPIs shall only apply to deliveries where (i) the Company has complied with the receiving guidelines set forth in the Agreement, (ii) the merchandise included in a shipment is consistent with the applicable packing slip (e.g., amount and type of units) and is otherwise receivable; and (iii) the receipt follows Radial standard receiving processing.
Cycle Time. It is understood that all Firefighters and Lieutenants assigned to the rotation schedule, as defined in the article Working Schedule, work an average of forty two (42) hours per week. Addtionally, it is understood that each employee's pay is based on a forty (40) hour work week. To compensate the employees assigned to work the rotation schedule for the additional work hours, those employees will be paid for the additional 4 hours, per pay period, at a rate of time and one half.
Cycle Time. Cycle time is the calculated response time (in days) of the Supplier to a complaint issued by Continental. Requirements see “Quality Process Requirements for Complaint Management (QPR A2C00052917AAA). 8D Quality 8D Quality is rated using the 8D evaluation systematic described in “Quality Process Requirements for Complaint Management (QPR A2C00052917AAA). Supplier Evaluation The global performance of the Supplier will be evaluated annually for purchasing, quality, logistics and technology elements and serves to determine Continental strategic supply base. Based on the results of such evaluation the Supplier shall define and implement appropriate corrective actions. If the quality results fail to meet the committed goals, the Supplier shall implement immediate corrective actions to reach the targets.
Cycle Time a. The Vendor shall deliver all Products ordered by the City listed in the Agreement and those Cost Plus Products added pursuant to this Agreement, within seven days after receipt of order. Emergency delivery of in-stock items shall be made within twenty four (24) hours after receipt of order, which may be verbal, followed by written confirmation. The Vendor is committed to improve all current cycle times for Products covered under this Agreement.
Cycle Time. The number of days that a vehicle is in your shop should not exceed the total estimated labor hours divided by 4, rounded to the nearest day, all delays including parts delays must be documented in Process Claims Example: 40 hours divided by 4 = 10 Working days.
