Customs Control and Clearance. Provision of support to SCC, consisting of consultants’ services, training, and goods, for activities aimed at: developing a strategy to introduce selectivity in customs control during the clearance process based on risk analysis and management systems; improved cooperation between the customs authorities and the tax authorities, other executive authorities and the trading community to increase compliance, uniformity of application of the customs legislation and transparency of customs actions.
