Customers with U.S. Bank Accounts. Customer hereby authorizes Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx to initiate transaction entries to Customer’s depository account(s) provided in its Customer application for all amounts due to Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx by Customer under this Agreement. This authority is to remain in full force and effect until Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx has received written notification from Customer of its request for termination in such time as to afford Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx a commercially reasonable opportunity to acknowledge and respond to the request. If Customer’s depository account(s) number and/or federal income tax ID number changes, Merchant shall promptly update its account information in the Merchant Interface. Entries initiated to or from Customer’s depository account will be in accordance with the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) and/or any other regulatory body or agency having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof.

Customers with U.S. Bank Accounts. Customer shall provide GSPAYTECH with a voided company check, and hereby authorizes GSPAYTECH to initiate transaction entries to Customer’s depository account(s) for all amounts due to GSPAYTECH by Customer under this Agreement. This authority is to remain in full force and effect until GSPAYTECH has received written notification from Customer of its request for termination in such time as to afford GSPAYTECH a commercially reasonable opportunity to acknowledge and respond to the request. If Customer’s depository account number(s) and/or federal income tax ID number changes, Merchant shall promptly update its account information by contacting GSPAYTECH Agent or contacting GSPAYTECH Xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx or 000-000-0000, and providing an updated voided check. Entries initiated to or from Customer’s depository account will be in accordance with the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) and/or any other regulatory body or agency having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof.

  • Bank Accounts The Custodian shall identify on its books as belonging to the applicable Fund cash (including cash denominated in foreign currencies) deposited with the Custodian. Where the Custodian is unable to maintain, or market practice does not facilitate the maintenance of, cash on the books of the Custodian, a bank account or bank accounts shall be opened and maintained outside the United States on behalf of a Portfolio with a Foreign Sub-Custodian. All accounts referred to in this Section shall be subject only to draft or order by the Custodian (or, if applicable, such Foreign Sub-Custodian) acting pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to hold cash received by or from or for the account of the Portfolio. Cash maintained on the books of the Custodian (including its branches, subsidiaries and affiliates), regardless of currency denomination, is maintained in bank accounts established under, and subject to the laws of, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

If you are negligent in safeguarding your checks or if there is a processing problem due to your use of a check printer we do not approve, we will not have any liability or responsibility for any losses you incur as a result if we act in good faith pursuant to standard commercial practices.

  • Business Accounts If you are a business, any authorized user of your business is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to: • enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; • access each account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and • use any Online banking service in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future.

  • Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. For all subsequent years, information about the account should be reported on an annual basis.

  • LIST OF SUB-PROCESSORS The controller has authorised the use of the following sub-processors:
