Pour toutes questions résultant de ce Contrat, Le Locataire autorise le Propriétaire à vérifier sa solvabilité et/ou à obtenir les renseignements personnels du Le Locataire auprès d’une agence d’évaluation du crédit et/ou de la police d’assurances du Locataire. Ce Contrat constitue la totalité de l’entente qui lie le Locataire au Propriétaire et ne peut être modifié par aucun autre document ou entente verbale, à moins que le Locataire et le Propriétaire n’en conviennent tous deux par écrit, avec signature à l’appui.   • Students with Disabilities The Charter School shall comply with all federal special education laws and regulations, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
