Common use of Customers in California Clause in Contracts

Customers in California. If Customer is located in California (as determined by the Customer address on the applicable Order Form), this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and all suits hereunder will be brought solely in Federal Court for the Northern District of California, or if that court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, in any California State Court located in Santa Xxxxx County.
