Customer's Costs. Customer agrees that it will be solely responsible, and at Exodus's request will reimburse Exodus, for all costs and expenses (other than those included as part of the Internet Data Center Services and except as otherwise expressly provided herein) it incurs in connection with this Agreement.

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IT WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE, AND AT EXODUS' REQUEST WILL REIMBURSE EXODUS, FOR ALL COST AND EXPENSES (OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE INTERNET DATA CENTER SERVICES AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN) IT INCURS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN SECTION 3.3. EXODUS SHALL NOTIFY CUSTOMER WHEN ANY SUCH EXPENSES ARE EXPECTED TO BE INCURRED. EXODUS WILL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR COSTS INCURRED BY EXODUS AT EXODUS' INITIATION THAT ARE NOT PRE-APPROVED BY CUSTOMER.

EXCEPT WITH THE ADVANCED WRITTEN CONSENT OF EXODUS, CUSTOMER'S ACCESS TO THE INTERNET DATA CENTERS WILL BE LIMITED SOLELY TO ITS REPRESENTATIVES LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM ATTACHED HERETO AS ATTACHMENT 5, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IT WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE, AND AT EXODUS'S REQUEST WILL REIMBURSE EXODUS, FOR ALL COSTS AND EXPENSES (OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE INTERNET DATA CENTER SERVICES) ASSOCIATED WITH PLACING, INSTALLING, MAINTAINING, OPERATING, AND REMOVING THE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT AND CUSTOMER MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL NECESSARY PREPARATIONS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
Customer's Costs. Customer agrees that it will be solely responsible, and at Exodus's request will reimburse Exodus, for all costs and expenses (other than those included as part of the Internet Data Center Services and except as otherwise expressly provided herein) it incurs at Customer's specific request provided Customer is advised that there is a charge associated with such request. Any costs and expenses in excess of $500 per occurrence require prior written consent by an authorized management Representative of Customer.
