Customers and Suppliers. Since June 30, 2001, there has been no termination, cancellation or material curtailment of the business relationship of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with any customer or supplier or group of affiliated customers or suppliers which individually or in the aggregate would result in a Company Material Adverse Effect nor any written notice of intent to so terminate, cancel or materially curtail (and would have such an effect).
