Customer Site any location owned or leased solely by Customer or an Affiliate or that portion of any shared space, such as a shared data center, attributable solely to Customer or such Affiliate, or in the instance of an employee working remotely, that location from which such employee is working while using Customer or Affiliate-provided equipment on which the Software may be installed.

Customer Site. The applicable TW Company shall, at its sole cost and expense, develop in accordance with the Technical Specifications and provide to AOL the architecture and all Content for the Customer Site to be located at the Customer Domains. In the event a TW Company chooses to have AOL provide systems administration services, such TW Company shall provide to AOL in advance any updates or upgrades to the Customer Site or any Content contained therein (each an “Update”) in the manner and format specified by AOL. With respect to the Hosting environments that AOL maintains for Customer Sites, AOL will maintain such environments during the Term in the same manner and to achieve the same degree of Payment Card Industry compliance as prior to the Separation.
Customer Site. Access for fault management In case the demarcation point of the service (as specified in the Service Contract and/or the Customer Design) is within the customer premises, the customer must provide 24-hour access to its premises to HER and/or Local Access Provider personnel in order to perform tests. They will follow the security procedures specified by the Customer before service activation. HER will provide the Customer with identification details of the person(s) arriving, and tests to be performed.
Customer Site. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.1.1 above, TJA's Installation obligation need not be completed until the latest to occur of (a) the expiration of the twenty (20) business day period referenced in Section 9.1.1 above; (b) the second (2nd) business day after receipt by TJA of the Site Survey Report referenced in Section 7.1 above or (c) the fourteenth (14th) day after receipt by TJA of written notice from OSA, Inc. that the following conditions have been satisfied: (i) the Customer Site is in compliance with the site specifications listed on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and is otherwise safe and appropriate for Installation; and (ii) any third-party equipment to be used in conjunction with the Specialized Unit has been reasonably approved by TJA and is operating according to the manufacturer's specifications. TJA or its designated subcontractor shall perform the unpacking of the Specialized Unit at the Customer Site. On the date scheduled for Installation, OSA, Inc. shall cause appropriate personnel of the Customer or OSA, Inc. or both to be available to cooperate with TJA, allowing TJA to use without charge any of the Customer's equipment and facilities which TJA reasonably deems necessary for Installation. TJA shall give OSA, Inc. and/or the Customer sufficient advance notification of personnel required for completion of the Installation. The Customer Site shall remain accessible to TJA throughout the period of Installation. Upon Installation of a Specialized Unit, TJA or its designated subcontractor or agent, as the case may be, shall perform TJA's standard acceptance test procedures to confirm that the Specialized Unit operates in substantial conformance with the Specialized Unit Specification applicable thereto. Upon successful completion of the aforesaid acceptance test procedures, Installation of the Specialized Unit shall be deemed complete.

Customer Site. If the Solution is to be installed at a Customer location, the Solution will only be installed and/or evaluated at the Customer site identified in the documents provided by Motorola for the Evaluation. The Equipment used for the Services will only be located at such site. If the Solution is to be accessed remotely, Customer will only access Solution in the manner described by Solution documentation or as otherwise instructed by Motorola. Receipt and Return. Under the scope of this Evaluation, Motorola Solutions shall not be responsible for any shipping costs or risk of loss to Customer of the Equipment. Customer shall be responsible for the shipping and returning of all the Equipment and Software to Motorola Solutions within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the Term. Customer shall return or destroy all copies of the Confidential Information, Software and documentation after the Term. Customer equipment shall be free of Motorola’s Software within thirty (30) days after the Term or early termination under the terms of the Agreement. Existing Equipment and Software. Customer is solely responsible for supporting and maintaining any existing equipment and software. The Equipment and Software provided by Motorola may connect to or interface with existing equipment and software owned by Customer. Any failures or deficiencies may impact the functionality of the Solution. Warranty Disclaimer. EACH PARTY RECOGNIZES AND AGREES THAT ALL SOFTWARE PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT BY MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS IS DELIVERED AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WHEN AVAILABLE.
