Customer Service Training. 40. SFMTA shall provide professional customer service training as part of the initial training for all newly employed Operators. A minimum of 8 hours annually of professional customer service training shall be provided to all Operators. SFMTA will meet with the Union no later than September 30, 2019 to discuss the content of the customer service training.
