WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE: If you, or anyone you allow, supply any incorrect or incomplete information that affects said transaction. The bank uses a computer system to check for stop payments. If you do not give the bank the exact amount of the check and the exact check number, the bank will not identify the proper check and the check will not be stopped. We will not be liable if circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, flood, or improper transmission) keep us from receiving the stop payment order, despite reasonable precautions taken by us, or if any electronic terminal, telecommunications device, or any part of the electronic system is not working properly. Stop payments on ACH/EFT items cannot be placed electronically. To release a Stop Payment that was placed electronically, you must sign a release form at one of our offices. Stop Payment Agreement: You agree that unless your stop payment order is received by the bank within a reasonable time for the bank to act on your order prior to final payment of the check, the bank will not be responsible for stopping payment. Customer Rights and Responsibilities. Starfish will provide support to Customer by remote access control of the Application Server. Customer and/or its end user are responsible for confirming and ensuring that this access is available when making a support request. Starfish shall make corrective action commitments only if and when access to the Application Server is available. Customer and/or its end user shall notify Starfish in writing of any changes in the information systems environment that may impact the Application Server. The end user is responsible for normal backup procedures of the Application Server pursuant to normal and customary server backup protocol. Excluded from Starfish’s warranty are defects discovered in any Solution that has been modified, altered or enhanced without Starfish’s prior consent.
Customer Rights and Responsibilities. This Agreement does not supersede Corporate Resolutions, Signature Card Rules and Regulations, Account Disclosures, ACH Origination Agreements, Funds Transfer Agreements, or any other Agreements a business account holder may have with The First State Bank of Bedias. All account agreements and rules now or hereafter governing a business account will remain in full force and effect after the execution of this Agreement. A business account holder shall access only accounts at The First State Bank of Bedias held for business purposes, and will not request access to any account that is held primarily for personal, family, household or other consumer purposes.
